Favazza, who has been in practice for 31 years, often sees those who have more trouble sorting things out. And when we consider the Great Commission to make disciples of all peoples, we know that pastors are uniquely gifted to disciple believers into living out the Christian life to the fullest by nurturing, protecting, and instructing in their healthy development on a personal level.
